Capt (Retd) Basunia M Ashiqul Islam is the Chairman of this company. He has been in the security business for last 28 years. He, during his military career attended various courses in the army in relation to safety & security. He also successfully completed a course on TQM (Total Quality Management) on Service Industry from JAPAN under Japanese Government’s Scholarship program. He has acquired special expertise on Counter-insurgency & Jungle Warfare by doing a special course on this. He has traveled many European, American & Asian countries in relation to business & acquired practical knowledge to organize and operate service Industry.
Mr Mahmudul Islam is the Vice-chairman of this company. He is a masters in management and has a vast experience in the field of security. He is also the Chairman of Ornate Security Services Ltd. He has traveled many Asian and European countries in connection to related business.
Brig Gen (Retd) Mahmud Hossain,afwc,psc who had a 30year long colourful career in the military is the new CEO and Managing Director of the company. He was also long been involved with intelligence organisation from field level to strategic planning level. Besides commanding Brigades, he was commandant of Bangladesh Institute of Peace Support Operation and Training and School of Infantry and Tactics. He also served as a Planning Officer at United Nations Headquarters at New York for about three years. He attended various courses both at home and abroad including Intelligence course from USA.
