We have adequate trained key personnel to perform both cash carrying and ATM services. We are already in the business of cash carrying with few companies in a small scale. Our technically trained people for ATM and CIT services will train other members of the team when the work order is received. We are also in a position to hire trained people from the market to meet the requirement of the time. Once we receive any request from our customers we hire people from the market train them adequately and test their readiness with some mock practices to ensure their satisfactory working readiness. We also train them on ATM monitoring software of the bank with whom the contract has been signed. The best part is that our every performance is analyzed depending on the feed back both from our staffs and our clients on regular interval to improve our performance. Any deal we make with any company for any service, we make training manual for our staffs and conduct training for a reasonable period for efficient functioning.
